EXHIBITION STANDS

 

Cost of Exhibition stand with basic STRUCTURE €50 + VAT per SQ.M

The stands in the confined space cannot accommodate large wheeled vehicles or very heavy objects. The enclosed space will have stands of various dimensions. If someone wants a bigger stand they can show their interest to the organizers upon submission and get a double or triple stand or even set up a stand according to the configuration of space.

 

The stands include:

Perimeter walls height 2,50m

Front for the name of the exhibitor

Table with 2 seats

An electric socket per booth

A spot light per 7 square meters.

The exhibition area is floodlit

 

Any additional works or services by the construction company of the stands to exhibitors will be charged additionally by agreement between the construction company and the exhibitor. The organizers take no responsibility beyond the basic structure of the pavilion. Associations and self-serving organizations are entitled to 20% discount The stands must be prepaid until the day of the exhibition, while for pre-booking is required a 20% deposit. Pre-booking of stands will be prioritized.

 OPEN SPACE STANDS €25 + VAT PER SQ.M

Open stands place next to the exhibition centre and near the promenade.

 

YACHTS – TROLLEY –  MARINE MACHINERY – CARS-

 

The stands in the open space, which is located near the exhibition center Trakasol and near the slip way and the promenade, can accommodate wheeled vehicles and vessels with an overall length not exceeding eight (8) meters. Exhibitor shall be entitled not to place any object that protrudes beyond the rented space they possess.  The exhibitors can place their own stands if the first get the approval by the organizers or they can rent tent 3×3 or bigger by the organizers.

BOATS  IN THE WATER and open stands

 

For the boat show there are 60 available berths for yachts up to 60 feed at the North side of the Marina. Most berth includes the rent for five days, a tent 3X3 with special bases, carpet 9sq.m 2 chairs, one coffee table and the participation fee (security, advertising, electricity for the boat, except for berths D-I-J where the price includes only the berth rental.)

Special constructions can be offered upon request by the exhibitors as well as lighting, more power supply and other services.

Exhibitors are allowed to place flags to their stands that will not be higher than four and a half meters Exhibitors that have their own tents from last year they can use them as long as they are approved by the organizers. In such a case the cost of the tent will be abstracted from the original cost. Exhibitors are obligated to cover any additional spaces they will use near their their booth area with carpet. For yachts over 60 feed special arrangements can be made upon request.
